Thai cooking, plated with restraint and pounded from scratch.
A contemporary Thai kitchen in downtown Milford — regional dishes and everyday classics, balanced for salt, sour, sweet and heat, and served in a calm, light-filled room.

Massaman, slow and quiet
Beef cooked until it gives, potatoes, roasted peanuts, and a curry warm with cardamom and cinnamon rather than fire. The paste takes a morning; the braise takes an afternoon.
We'd rather cook fewer dishes and cook them completely.
From scratch
Curry pastes are pounded in-house, stocks simmered, sauces balanced by taste. Nothing arrives in a jar.
By the season
The menu leans on what's good now — herbs at their brightest, chiles at their ripest, fruit at its peak.
Balanced, not blunt
Heat is one note among four. We cook for salt, sour and sweet just as carefully as for spice.
Rooted, not fusion
These are Thai dishes cooked with care, not reinvented — familiar names, done properly.

It starts with aromatics
Every paste begins the same way — fresh aromatics, pounded rather than blended, so the oils bloom and the flavor stays bright. These are the ingredients we reach for first.
Limestone, teal, and daylight — a calm room built for a long lunch or a slow dinner.
Reserve a table
We hold tables for reservations and keep a few back for walk-ins. For six or more, or a special occasion, book ahead and tell us what you need.
