a creative laboratory —

Made by hand.

Paste is a creative lab for consumer and culture brands. We make the rough, unignorable stuff — posters, films, stunts, and campaigns people actually repeat.

A street culture campaign
Third Shift — nightlife

We don't optimize. We make the thing people screenshot and send to a group chat.

Strategy matters — but a spreadsheet never got anyone to care. We start with an idea worth having, then make it real enough to touch. Sometimes that's a film. Sometimes it's a sticker on a lamppost. Usually it's both.

What we get up to.

pick your poison
a—Big Ideas & CampaignsThe concept everything else hangs off. If it doesn't make us nervous, it's not done.
b—Brand & IdentityNames, marks, and a personality with actual teeth.
c—Film, Photo & ContentWe shoot our own stuff. It looks like us, not like stock.
d—Social & CommunityFeeds worth following, run by people who are actually online.
e—Posters, Print & ObjectsReal-world stuff. Stickers, zines, packaging, stunts.
f—Paid Media (the fun kind)Ideas first, then we buy the reach. Never the other way round.

The Studio

Small room. Loud ideas.

We're a handful of people who like making things with our hands as much as on screens — a couple of art directors, a writer, a filmmaker, a strategist who keeps us honest. We take on a few brands at a time so nothing gets phoned in.

We work with the brave ones: challengers, launches, the underdogs who'd rather be talked about than blend in.

roughly
1.
Poke around
We learn your business, your people, and what everyone's too polite to say.
2.
Find the angle
The one true, sharp idea worth building everything on.
3.
Make it rough
Sketches, mockups, a scrappy cut. We show ugly early.
4.
Make it real
Shoot it, design it, build it, print it, hang it.
5.
Let it loose
Out into the world — feeds, streets, screens.
6.
Read the room
See what stuck, then do more of that.

The best focus group is a bar

The pitch

Pitch us something weird.

No brief too rough, no idea too dumb (yet). Scribble it down like you would on a napkin — we'll take it from there.
