Figure out who you're going to be.

Harborview is a public magnet where you don't just take classes — you chase an interest until it turns into a direction. Pathways, real courses, and the freedom to try things.

Harborview treats teenagers like people who are becoming someone — not test scores to be raised. You get real choices, and real support when you make them.

01

Choose your direction

Eight interest pathways connect your classes, clubs, arts, athletics, and internships into something that actually leads somewhere.

02

Do the real thing

Publish the paper. Ship the app. Show the work. Every senior finishes a capstone they present to the community.

03

Never alone

An advisor for four years, counselors who know your name, and college & career support that starts freshman year.

Find your thing

§01 / interest → pathway

You don't have to know your major at fourteen. Pick something you're into and see how it could branch through Harborview — the classes, clubs, arts, sports, and internships that connect to it.

The maker

He built a flood sensor for his own street.

Priyansh took the engineering pathway, joined the robotics club, and did a summer internship at the city's public works department. His capstone — a low-cost flood sensor — is now a prototype the neighborhood association is testing.

The storyteller

She turned the school paper into something people actually read.

Nadia came for creative writing and ended up editor-in-chief. Between AP Lang, the journalism elective, and a local-newsroom internship, she's leaving with a portfolio and a byline.
