The pasta is made this morning.
A Bologna trattoria in Milford: tagliatelle cut from sheets we roll by hand, ragù that cooks all day, tortellini folded one by one, and the sparkling reds of Emilia-Romagna to drink alongside.
The plates we're known for
Emilia-Romagna on a plate — the full menu, antipasti through dolci, is just below.

Roll your own sfoglia.
Once a month our sfoglina teaches a small hands-on class: mix the dough, roll the sheet thin enough to read through, cut tagliatelle, fold tortellini — then sit down and eat what you made with a glass of Lambrusco.
Small groups · aprons and wine included · ask about private workshops for parties.
The reds of Emilia-Romagna.
Chilled sparkling Lambrusco that cuts through the ragù, Sangiovese di Romagna, crisp Pignoletto — a short, all-Italian list chosen to sit next to this food, not upstage it. Ask us; we love matching a bottle to your table.
Aperitivo at the bar 5–6pm · amaro & espresso to finish.

What regulars say
"The tagliatelle al ragù ruined every jar of sauce in my house. You can taste that the pasta was made today."
"Tortellini in brodo like my great-aunt's. I wasn't ready to be that moved by soup."
"Took the pasta class for our anniversary. Best date night we've had in years."
