Carver's started as a single roadside stand on the old valley highway — a roast beef sandwich, hand-cut rings, and custard for the ride home. The recipe hasn't changed much, and neither has the reason people pull in.
Today there are seven stops across the valley, still family-run, still carving beef to order, still churning custard before the doors open. Not a chain from somewhere else — this one's from here.
