A strong opinion about what goes between bread.
A short menu of sandwiches we actually believe in — house-roasted meat, sauces made here, bread that can hold up. Plus a pantry worth raiding on your way out.

Twelve sandwiches, done properly, beats forty you have to talk yourself into.
Every sandwich here is built the same way a cook builds a plate: something rich, something sharp, something crunchy, and a sauce that ties it together. We roast our own meat, make our own sauces, and pick bread that won't turn to paste by the time you eat it.
