The full mountain plate — grilled steak, chicharrón, red beans, rice, a fried egg, sweet plantain, avocado, chorizo, and an arepa. It's not a small plate, and it was never meant to be.

The arrieros were the muleteers who moved coffee and cargo through the Antioquian mountains, and their roadside fondas fed everyone who passed. This is a kitchen in that spirit — a place on the way where you're fed like family.
