Baked in batches through the morning. When something's gone, it's gone — we'd rather sell out than hold day-old. Preorder to be sure.
Availability is illustrative for the concept, not live inventory. Everything's made in a bakery that handles wheat, dairy, egg, nuts & sesame — no gluten-free preparation is safe for celiac guests. States are shown with a label & a shape, not color alone.
The other thing we make from scratch.
Beans from a fictional local roaster, pulled on a proper machine. It's half of why the regulars come, so we treat it that way. Grab it to go, or for the whole office.

Get ahead of the line.
Reserve a pastry box, a loaf, or breakfast for the whole team. Order the night before and it's bagged and ready when you get here — no waiting behind the 8am rush.
